Global Fuel Trade Solutions - Professional Import-Export Services

Your Essential Partners in Global Trade

The Trusted Network Behind Your Global Success

To succeed in international trade, you need three key partners: an export-import broker, a customs broker, and a freight forwarder. As your export-import broker, we help you find genuine products or trusted suppliers worldwide. Next, a skilled customs broker guides you through taxes and regulations. Finally, a reliable freight forwarder handles the shipping process smoothly. Whether you're a manufacturer looking to expand globally or a buyer searching for quality products, we’re here to make the process simple and stress-free.

How It Works With What A Fuel

Our value lies in streamlining complex transactions through our experience, network, and commitment to professionalism.

At What A Fuel, we specialize in bridging the gap between genuine petroleum product buyers and verified sellers across the globe. Our role is to facilitate secure, transparent, and result-driven transactions by offering support at every stage of the trading process. While we are not a mandate for every refinery or supplier, we operate as a trusted intermediary, ensuring that all parties involved meet industry standards and regulatory expectations.

1.

Initial Engagement & Requirement Discovery

The process begins when a buyer or seller approaches What A Fuel with an inquiry. This includes:

  • Product specification (e.g., EN590 10ppm, Jet A1, JP54, LNG, Mazut, Crude Oil, etc.)
  • Quantity and frequency (spot or long-term contract)
  • Preferred delivery terms (FOB, CIF, TTO, TTT)
  • Target price and payment method

We carefully review the inquiry and schedule a preliminary discussion to understand the client’s goals, capacity, and expectations.

2.

Document Submission & Vetting

To proceed with any legitimate petroleum transaction, documentation is crucial. We require and verify the following:

  • For Buyers:
  • Letter of Intent (LOI) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO)
  • Company Profile
  • Know Your Client (KYC) documents
  • Proof of Funds (POF) or Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)
  • For Sellers:
  • Full Corporate Offer (FCO)
  • Product availability documents (POP)
  • Refinery/Supplier profile
  • Export license and certifications

We perform due diligence and background checks to ensure that all parties are credible, experienced, and capable of executing the transaction.

3.

Counterparty Introduction & Deal Alignment

Once both parties are vetted, we facilitate the introduction under clear and confidential terms. At this stage:

  • The seller issues a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) or Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the buyer.
  • The buyer reviews and, if acceptable, proceeds with an ICPO or draft SPA.
  • We ensure all documentation flows are secure and traceable.

As your transaction liaison , we help clarify expectations and eliminate common delays caused by miscommunication or non-compliance.

4.

Contract Negotiation & Agreement Finalization

We actively support both parties during:

  • Negotiation of terms such as payment structure, inspection conditions (e.g., SGS or CIQ), port details, and timelines.
  • Drafting and finalization of the SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement), ensuring it is legally binding and mutually protective.
  • Coordination of the Commercial Invoice (CI) and issuance of any needed MT103, DLC, SBLC, or LC.

Our experience helps clients avoid pitfalls such as fake suppliers, ghost buyers, or non-performers.

5.

Execution, Inspection & Delivery Monitoring

Once the contract is signed and instruments are in place:

  • We assist with coordinating inspection agencies (e.g., SGS) and port logistics.
  • We help both sides comply with delivery requirements, whether for FOB port loading, CIF final destination, or tank-to-tank (TTT) transfers.
  • Shipment is monitored through its lifecycle, and any issues are resolved quickly via direct communication and updated documentation.

Our job is to ensure transparency and performance from start to finish.

6.

Post-Transaction Support & Repeat Engagement

Beyond the first deal, we continue to provide value through:

  • Regular updates on market prices, product availability, and new seller/buyer opportunities.
  • Long-term supply coordination for repeat contracts or annual volume agreements.
  • Relationship management to ensure smooth future dealings without unnecessary intermediaries.

We aim to build trusted, repeatable partnerships —not just one-time deals.
